Discovery Pass

Discovery session will be of 90 minutes and will include short introduction to Yoga followed by a custom Yoga session and information sharing based on your prefilled questionnaire regarding your health. The objective of Discovery session is for you to familiarize with Yoga, experience the benefits of performing yoga asanas first-hand and appreciate how Yoga can influence your life.

Beginners Onboarding Module

Welcome to 8 Weeks Yoga Beginners Online Module specially developed keeping in mind the needs and expectations of people who want to explore the world of Yoga under guidance from a certified Yoga instructor in a safe online environment from the comfort of your home. The yoga practices included in this module are beginner level and can be easily performed with guidance from instructor. The asanas included will lay the foundation for participants who want to progress to advance levels of yogasanas. Along with the practices, the participants will also be introduced to interesting and fun facts about the various asanas to enable deeper involvement and appreciation of this ancient science. What makes this module different from others is the experience of practicing yoga will not be limited to just the physical well-being but will also include aspects of mental and emotional well-being.

Yoga Lifestyle Module

While knowledge is essential part of success, acquiring it alone does not guarantee it. Consistent action based on right knowledge is the key to healthy life. Our Yoga Lifestyle plan is aimed at supporting yogis who want to achieve consistency in their daily yoga practice to meet their physical health, mental health and advance their spiritual journey. This plan includes 16 online sessions per month (4x per week) and will anchor the yogi in daily yoga practice which will include asanas, pranayama, meditations and pointers on supporting yogic diet.
